How I Almost Killed Any Chance At Success FOREVER
This story will shed some light on your current situation. More than likely you’re going through this right now.
I always believed that I was special. No matter what was going on in my environment, in my mind I was the king.
Even when I was eight years old and went through a year of confusion.
My Mom had to go to the hospital and I spent months going from house to house. On the weekends I got to stay with my grandfather.
From there I moved to Charleston and the next chapter of my story began.
That isn’t what almost killed my chance at success.
What almost killed any chance at success was me thinking that I was special. In my mind success, money, and everything I wanted was mine.
While that isn’t a bad mindset especially at such a young age. It becomes a problem when it makes you delusional.
In 2007 I was introduced to “The Secret”. My 13 year old brain was blown away. Never before did I know the power of my thoughts.
I became addicted to something sinister.

Not only did I think I was naturally great, but I thought that there was some secret out there for me to find.
I’m a very intellectual person when it comes to reading. I could read every day all day if I wanted to.
A lot of that comes from me not being able to read until I was 8 years old. I love reading and learning new things.
For years I read every book in the world that I could find. While my friends were playing outside.
I was inside discovering the secret to the Universe. While kids were learning about English terms, I was pondering how the world worked.
By the time I reached high school I was more delusional and lost. I bought into the idea that there was a secret.
That once I figured out this secret, my life would change.
Combine that with my delusional self-belief and I had created a terrible inferiority complex.
I was 16 years old so I should’ve had everything figured out. Of course, that isn’t true but to me it was.
I found myself working at a grocery store and being your average jealous boyfriend.
My mind was so cloudy in those days. All of this continued for years and kept me from what I truly wanted.
You see having high self-belief is great. It’s actually essential for turning your ideas into money like I’ve done with this site.
But when it gets too high and you think you’re the exception, it will ruin you. You won’t make great money and you want get the life that you want.
It doesn’t matter how much you think you deserve.
The world doesn’t care about you and your desires.
All that matters is that you stick to the process daily and that you let the results come to you. That’s it.
There is no secret and nobody is going to save you.
Once I fully understood this my mind opened up. Where my mind was cloudy before, I now had clarity.
I was given the key to greatness.
Wherever you are in life right now is due to your choices. You’ve been blocking yourself from everything that you want.
Like me, you are delusional and shooting blanks.
I was in my own mental prison for years. During my time there I was tortured, feed lies, and wasted time.
It wasn’t until the mask slipped off of my oppressor that I woke up. As he finished beating me, I saw into his eyes.
Something wasn’t right. A chill went down my spine and I realized it was myself.
I was left there looking at myself in the mirror. Anger, self-doubt, and everything I hated had been nothing but a projection.
It was all a lie that I conditioned myself to believe in.
How did I break out and liberate myself?
Simple, I opened the door and stepped out.
If you want the exact steps continue reading. It seems more complicated than it really is. But everyone needs a road-map.
1) Look at The Man in The Mirror
Go to the nearest mirror and look deeply into your eyes. Close the door and talk to yourself like you would with another person.
This is your chance to let everything out. The anger, disgust, and desperation.
Yell at yourself if you have to. Stay in there as long as you need to.
You should walk out with a feeling of relief. Remember it always starts with the man in the mirror.
2) The Realization
Realize that you are not the exception. No matter how gifted you are, in the real world that doesn’t mean shit.
The only thing that matters from this point on is results. Set your goals and then measure them.
If you aren’t hitting your goals then your plan isn’t working. With each goal that you set, create daily actions for it.
In Think and Go Hustle this is called your Framework. It allows you ultimate freedom and maximum achievement.
3) Acceptance
Now it is time for you to accept that your talent isn’t going to give you anything. The only thing that will give you results is the work.
Sure your talent and how special you are will help, but your work is the true test. If you do the work you will always get the reward.
No more are you allowed to sit on your high horse. Come down to the ground and start putting in the work like everyone else is.
While you work your ass off make sure to work smart. In other words don’t work 50 hours a week for a job.
Get your bills paid and then pour your time into your side-hustle.
Don’t worry about your current circumstances. It may take you 3 months or it may take you one year.
But I can guarantee you that with daily action anything is possible.
4) Brainwash Yourself
Your thinking is broken. If it were working, you’d have everything that you wanted. Put your pride aside and level up your thinking.
Begin by brainwashing yourself so that your mind slowly changes. For my full guide you can read the article here.
The road ahead of you will have ups and downs. If you believe in yourself and focus on the work, you’ll make it through the seasons.
As you put in the work you can use Think and Go Hustle as your road-map. If you can accomplish the 5 levels you’ll get your reward.
