Today’s post will be aimed at a meal plan I have been following for about 2 weeks now that has showed great results. There is meal plan that is popular among bodybuilders knows as Size for 70. The basic philosophy is that you cut your carb intake to almost none which causes your body to go into ketosis and start eating fat to supply your body with energy.
