When you’re first traveling abroad, there are a few things you need to know about. One is how to access your money when traveling abroad. The other is transportation.

Watch the video below for a full breakdown of what to do as a first time traveller.

Traveling abroad is both exciting and nerve racking. However, there’s nothing to worry about. I will tell you everything you need to know.

Make sure to subscribe to this channel for more exclusive content. Before arriving go ahead and download a taxi service.

AVOID taking a regular taxi as most screw over tourists.

Download Bolt here.

Step 1: Use your banking app to let them know you will be traveling. Once you are in the country you can access an ATM for cash. I recommend using bank ATM’s which you can find in most places.

Step 2: Get a SIM card once you reach the airport. DO NOT worry about getting minutes. Just get Data and use an app such as WhatsApp.

Step 3: Once you have Data you can call a UBER or Bolt.

Step 4: When it comes to where to stay your safest bet is always Airbnb. Hotels are fine, but the quality you get from Airbnb is top notch.

Plus you can have an entire apartment to yourself for the same price (if not cheaper than a hotel).

Download it to your phone so you can message your host directly.

  1. I’ve been doing great.Took some time away from the blog to go out into the world. Will write up more content here soon. My personal opinion on it is- while it is real, it’s overblown and being used to reshape the world. May have to touch on that.

Dubai was great. Now I am in Qatar
