Having a strong immune system is more important than money. Without your immune system, you wouldn’t be alive right now.

But that leaves one question…

How to build a strong immune system?

Even before I understood how to build a strong immune system. I was blessed with a great immune system.

It wasn’t until a year ago that I started paying attention to it. After going hard for a year straight, I wanted to rejuvenate my body and mind.

So after many hours of study and experimentation. I am happy to share this article with you.

Because a strong immune system is CRUCIAL for success of any kind. I don’t care how rich you are.

Or how much you’ve accumulated.

Without a strong immune system, you’re a loser.

As I write this I am getting over something. One of my guys had the flu and after being around him for 3 days.

It seems that I’ve picked up something.

But due to my strong immune system. All I’ve got is a little mucus when I cough and a slightly cloudy head.

For your average person, they’d have the full-blown flu right now. But not me and soon it’ll be the same for you.

Before we start I want you to understand what the immune system is. Because it is your understanding that will make all the difference.

What is the Immune System?

Without complicating things. Look at your immune system as your personal army of fighters.

Whenever someone enters your castle (body). They immediately sound the alarm and kill the bacteria, virus, or parisite.

Your immune system gets stronger the more that you age. The reason for this is because the more that you’re exposed to.

The tougher you get.

Hence why when we’re growing up it’s easier to catch things at school. At that stage of life, we haven’t been exposed to much.

There’s a lot more that goes into the immune system. But I am not a doctor so I’m just going to tell you what works for me.

How to Build a Strong Immune System

Your immune system is mostly built on your lifestyle. Which means that at the most basic level, you don’t have to do anything special.

Of course, there are supplements that help a ton. But the biggest stuff that works comes down to 3 areas.

Your diet- Your diet is super important for building a strong immune system. Like most things in your life. What you eat determines a lot.

Back in the day when I’d get sick a few times a year. Two things were a constant in my life. Stress and a poor diet.

As I started eating better and later applying other things.

My immune system got very strong. To that point that this is the first time, I’ve gotten sick in 6 years.

While no diet is perfect. I’ll give you a list of foods to include in your diet. On top of that, make sure to drink plenty of water.

Hydration is one of the keys to success.

I drink a gallon of water every single day. What I do is buy a gallon jug and keep it with me everywhere that I go.

Like success, being healthy is a habit.

Your Sleep- Sleep is one of the biggest things for having a strong immune system. Because when you sleep your body is able to repair itself.

Not only does your brain get flushed out. But your body is able to work its magic and repair you back to normal.

That’s why they say it’s good to rest when you’re not feeling good.

Personally, I aim for 6-8 hours of sleep per night. I’ve talked with health expert Jay Campbell which said that 6-hours is the minimum that you need.

Another crucial part of sleeping is the quality of your rest. Four hours of quality sleep is much better than 8 hours of terrible sleep.

Managing Your Stress- Stress is not only a creativity killer. It also kills your immune system slowly.

You can’t eliminate stress completely no matter how hard you try.

But you can manage it.

  1. I haven’t done any research on that. Although I know higher doses of Vitamin C can help just about anything immune related.

  2. Thanks for sharing to us, suppose one is hiv positive, how can he boost his immune system apart from starting arvs?
