Which will take you away from the desert and let you stay inside the comfort of the city.

Getting fresh water, without having to sit around waiting for some porn site or quick release to bring it to you.

1) Your Desire To Masturbate Isn’t Bad

Your desire to masturbate isn’t bad at all. If anything, it’s just signaling to you that you’ve got tons of energy.

Energy which needs to be released.

You just don’t quite know how to direct it yet. It’s when you feel bad about it, that it becomes a bigger problem than it really is.

Why does it become a bigger problem?

Because “what you focus on becomes bigger” meaning if you focus on not masturbating it becomes more important to you.

Combine this with your large amount of unfocused energy and your end result will be the urge to masturbate.

All of this is just a way for you to put your energy into something. If you let this energy stagnate?

The second long-term solution is giving your brain something to focus on. Whether it’s a challenge or some vision you have for yourself.

As you just learned, what you focus on becomes bigger.

So by focusing on your vision or some challenge you’ve built for yourself, your brain power will be focused on that.

In other words, your vision will become bigger than your desire to masturbate.

It’s because i saw this has some big problem that i got nervous and thought it was bigger than it was. Now i see i can just focus my mind on other stuff. Respect
