A few years ago I stepped out of the shower after having sex with my now ex gf. And what I saw startled me so badly that it made me take my fate into my own hands.

Fast forward to today and I’ve dropped 110 lbs.

But it’s time to take it up a notch.

Now that I’ve lost so much weight I’ve hit a plateau.

And it’s time to add muscle to my body.

I’ve never committed to building muscle for more than a month. But I’m committing to it in front of you and the thousands of other fellow readers.

To prove that I’m serious I’ll be documenting EVERYTHING.

For the next 6 months to a year you’re gonna get to see this whole transformation.

So to get this whole thing started.

How to Look Better Than Brad Pitt

1) I’ll be following one of Alexander Cortes’s programs like the Bible.

As he’s got proof that his stuff works. Not only does he have a good physique.

But so do the people who listen to him.

All I’ve got his theory at this point.

2) I’ll be eating more calories.

This has always been hard for me. I could go on 500-1,000 calories.

Which of course is terrible.

So I will be eating 2,000 calories if not more during this.

3) I’ll be sharing everything with you.

You’ll get progress pictures as well as tips that you can use for yourself.

And as promised I said that I would reveal what program I’m using.

I decided to go with the Achilles program that Alexander put out.

It fits the Brad Pitt body type that I want. And is focused on crafting your body to demand respect from men and admiration from women.
